Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer specializing in CNC machining, pipe bending, metal stamping, and welding. We provide both OEM & ODM services. Additionally, we act as a trading company to help source variety of products for consolidated shipping to save costs.
What do you need to provide a quote?
Please provide product drawings or samples. Essential details include: Material type, Surface Finish requirements, Tolerance levels, Quantity, and Delivery terms.
How does the payment process work?
Payment terms are flexible. Generally, we advise a 30%-50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid upon presentation of the B/L copy.
How do I track the production progress?
We confirm all requirements and send a sample before mass production. During production, we keep you updated on progress and perform a 100% quality inspection before shipment, providing photos and reports if needed.
How do I get information about the delivery?
We will provide a tracking number as soon as it is available from the shipping agent and continue to update you with the latest shipping information.
What is your after-sales policy?
We follow up on the performance of our metal parts in your products. Our experienced engineers are always ready to assist with any questions related to our components.
