Q2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, a small charge applies but is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
Q3. Can I customize my logo or redesign the products?
Yes, OEM service is available. Multi-color and patterns are supported. Our design team can create solutions based on your requirements.
Q4. How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples can be sent immediately and take 3-5 days to arrive. For special custom requirements, we will coordinate with you to meet your expectations.
Q5. What is the ordering process?
The process includes: Idea share > Sample delivery > Confirm design & shipping > Order signing > Deposit > Production > Inspection > Shipping > Balance payment > Final BL release.
Q6. Do you provide quality assurance?
Yes, we perform 100% inspection before shipping. We offer after-sales service and will replace any defective products.
